Longhill Dog Kennels & Cattery – Daycare Terms & Conditions (2026)

1. Bookings & Attendance

• All daycare sessions must be pre-booked via the website, email, or phone.

• Bookings are confirmed only once a confirmation email is sent.

• Drop-off and pick-up times must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours’ notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

2. Health & Vaccinations

• All dogs attending daycare must be up-to-date on vaccinations relevant to social interaction (including parvovirus, distemper, kennel cough, and leptospirosis).

• Dogs must be flea, tick, and parasite free.

• Dogs showing signs of illness or contagious disease may be refused entry.

3. Behaviour & Supervision

• Dogs must be well-socialised and non-aggressive.

• Owners must notify staff of any behavioural issues, medical conditions, or special requirements.

• Aggressive or uncontrollable dogs may be refused entry or removed at staff discretion.

• Staff supervise all dogs, but owners remain responsible for any behavioural issues reported before attendance.

4. Facilities & Care

• Daycare sessions take place in secure indoor and outdoor areas with supervised playgroups.

• Dogs are grouped according to size, temperament, and social skills.

• Owners must supply any special food, medications, or equipment required for their dog.

5. Liability

• Longhill accepts no liability for injury, illness, or loss during daycare sessions.

• Owners agree to indemnify Longhill against any claims arising from their dog’s actions.

• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog to facilities or other dogs.

6. Drop-Off & Collection

• Dogs must be dropped off and collected at the agreed times.

• Late pick-ups may incur additional charges.

• If a dog is not collected and the owner cannot be reached, Longhill reserves the right to arrange alternative care at the owner’s expense.

7. Emergency & Veterinary Care

• In the event of an emergency, Longhill will attempt to contact the owner immediately.

• If the owner cannot be reached, Longhill reserves the right to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

8. Photography & Marketing

• Photos or videos of dogs may be taken for promotional purposes, unless the owner requests otherwise in writing.

9. Changes to Terms

• Longhill reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Booking or attendance constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

• Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.

Dog Park Terms of service

Midlands Dog Park – Terms & Conditions (2026)

1. Membership • Annual membership is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2026.
• Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the registered dog(s).
• Proof of membership may be requested at any time.

2. Booking & Access

• All visits must be booked in advance via the official website.
• After booking is confirmed, a digital lock code will be sent to the registered contact.
• Lock codes are for member use only and must not be shared.

3. Supervision

• Dogs must be supervised at all times by their owner or handler.
• Owners are fully responsible for their dog's behaviour while using the park.

4. Use of Facilities

• Midlands Dog Park is a private, secure, off-leash facility.
• Use of the park is entirely at your own risk.
• Members must respect the facilities, staff, and other users at all times.

5. Liability

• Midlands Dog Park accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to dogs, owners, visitors, or property.
• Owners agree to indemnify Midlands Dog Park against any claims arising from their dog’s actions.

6. Cleanliness

• Owners must clean up after their dog immediately.
• All waste must be disposed of in the designated bins.

7. Right to Refuse

• Midlands Dog Park reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke membership without refund if these Terms & Conditions are breached.

8. General

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Entry to the park constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Dog Boarding Terms of service

Longhill Dog Kennels & Cattery – Boarding Terms & Conditions (2026)

1. Bookings & Reservations
• All bookings must be made via our website, email, or phone.
• Bookings are confirmed only once a confirmation email is sent.
• Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless agreed in advance.
• Cancellation Policy: At least 48 hours’ notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

2. Health & Vaccinations

• Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies, parvovirus, distemper, kennel cough, and leptospirosis).
• Dogs must be free from infectious disease and free from fleas, ticks, and parasites.
• Dogs showing signs of illness may be refused entry or removed for the safety of others.


3. Supervision & Behaviour

• Dogs must be well-behaved and non-aggressive.
• Owners must notify staff of any behavioural issues or medical conditions.
• Aggressive or uncontrollable dogs may be refused entry or removed at staff discretion.

health.

• Owners agree to indemnify Longhill against any claims arising from their dog’s actions.
• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog to facilities or property.

Cattery Terms of service

Longhill Cattery – Cat Boarding Terms & Conditions (2026)

  1. Bookings & Reservations

    • All bookings must be made via our website, email, or phone.
    • A booking is only confirmed once a confirmation email has been issued.
    • Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance.
    • Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice before check-in are non-refundable.

  2. Health & Vaccinations
    • Cats must be fully up-to-date with vaccinations, including feline enteritis and feline flu (FHV/FCV).
    • Cats must be free from fleas, ticks, and internal parasites.
    • Any cat showing signs of illness may be refused entry or isolated for the safety of others.
    • Owners must disclose any ongoing medical conditions prior to boarding.

  3. Behaviour & Temperament
    • Cats must be safe to handle and non-aggressive towards staff.
    • Owners must inform staff of any behavioural issues or stress triggers.
    • Aggressive or unmanageable cats may be refused entry or removed from communal areas.

  4. Facilities & Care
    • Cats are housed individually unless owners request shared accommodation for cats from the same household.
    • All cats receive daily interaction, monitoring, and enrichment appropriate to their temperament and health.
    • Special requirements (medication schedules, dietary needs, routines) must be provided in writing prior to arrival.
    • Owners may supply their own food, bedding, toys, or comfort items if desired.

  5. Liability
    • Longhill accepts no liability for injury, illness, stress-related conditions, or loss of cats or property during boarding.
    • Owners agree to indemnify Longhill against any claims arising from their cat’s behaviour or health.

    • Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their cat to facilities or property.

  6. Drop-Off & Collection
    • Cats must be dropped off and collected at the agreed times.
    • Late collections may result in additional charges.
    • If a cat is not collected within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time and contact cannot be made, Longhill reserves the right to arrange alternative boarding or veterinary care at the owner's expense.
